Mid-Week Reset is a grounding and reflective yoga class designed to help you pause, realign, and reconnect—right when the week begins to ask the most of you. Each class is attuned to the current moon phase and zodiac sign, weaving lunar wisdom into a 45-minute breath-based asana flow, followed by a sound bath and optional tea and journaling circle.
