The New Moon is a time to pause.
A moment to quiet the noise of daily life, turn inward, and create space for what is ready to emerge. Rather than focusing on what you need to do, these monthly ceremonies invite you to listen for who you are becoming.
Each gathering is thoughtfully curated around the energy of the current New Moon and weaves together ritual, reflection, mindful movement, and rest. Through meditation, journaling, tea, yoga, and sound, we cultivate an environment that encourages clarity, intention, and a deeper connection to ourselves.
Every ceremony includes:
An opening circle to arrive in the present moment
Guided meditation
Tea ceremony
Journaling and intention-setting practices
A symbolic ritual inspired by the month's lunar theme
A grounding Hatha yoga practice suitable for all levels
An extended savasana accompanied by crystal singing bowls
No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Whether you're navigating a season of change, seeking greater alignment, or simply longing for an evening of intentional rest, this is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with what matters most.
Each participant is invited to bring a journal, something meaningful that reflects the evening's theme, and an open heart.
Join us beneath the night sky as we honor the beginning of a new lunar cycle—planting seeds of intention not through striving, but through presence.
Join us for an all-levels, donation-based yoga class surrounded by the beauty of the gardens. This breath-led Hatha yoga practice is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence while immersed in nature.
Expect gentle movement, mindful breathing, and moments of reflection as we gather in community and celebrate the connection between personal wellbeing and the natural world around us. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, all are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to be comfortable outdoors. A limited number of mats and blocks will be available for those who need them, though participants are encouraged to bring their own if possible.
To help keep everyone cool and hydrated, an herbal-infused cold water station will be provided.
This class is offered on a donation basis, with all contributions helping support future community wellness offerings.
Come as you are, breathe deeply, and enjoy a nourishing evening in the garden.
