The Wild Feminine invites women into deeper relationship with intuition, emotion, creativity, sensuality, and personal power. Through somatic practices, archetypal exploration, ritual, and restorative healing experiences, participants are guided to reconnect with instinctual wisdom.
The experience balances depth work and play, shadow and celebration, stillness and expression.
Day 1: AWAKENING THE INNER LANDSCAPE
Participants begin the retreat by establishing safety, connection, and curiosity through embodied movement, energy mapping, creative expression, and womb-centered healing practices. The day gently activates instinctual awareness while encouraging authentic voice and self-reflection. The evening culminates in a guided drum circle and tantric dance, allowing women to explore expressive movement and communal rhythm in a contained, supportive environment.
Day 2: DESCENT & SHADOW
The second day invites participants into deeper emotional exploration through archetypal shadow work and a facilitated rage ceremony focused on safe expression and release. Structured recovery experiences, including sauna, cold immersion, and bodywork, support nervous system regulation before a heart-opening cacao ceremony and restorative acupuncture sound bath. This day balances intensity with integration, helping participants reconnect with personal power, emotional truth, and self-compassion.
Day 3: INTEGRATION & CREATION
The final day emphasizes integration, creativity, and celebration of personal transformation. Participants engage in intuitive movement, reflective sharing, and symbolic creation through a dreamcatcher workshop. The retreat concludes with a closing circle focused on weaving insights forward and honoring the Wild Feminine as an ongoing relationship rather than a one-time experience.
