Classes with Ansuz

A practice of presence — Guided by the breath, we move with awareness, listening to how each moment feels in the body. There is no expectation to perform — only an invitation to soften, notice, and accept where you are in the present moment.

YOGA & MINDFULNESS CLASSES

Hatha

Hatha yoga is a breath-centered practice focused on awareness, stability, and listening inward. Postures are held with intention, allowing time to explore sensation, alignment, and the relationship between effort and ease. Classes are designed to meet you where you are — supporting strength, mobility, and nervous-system regulation without rushing or forcing.

This practice is suitable for beginners and experienced students alike, offering space to build resilience while staying deeply connected to the breath.

  • Beginner–friendly, all levels welcome.

  • Slow to moderate

  • Traditional Hatha Yoga with strong emphasis on breath awareness - specifically Ujjayi breath.

  • Standing and seated postures, gentle strength work, some inversion, longer holds, and guided rest.

  • Breath, functional alignment, balance, nervous-system regulation.

  • Stress relief, building strength and flexibility safely, improving mobility, grounding, and presence.

Sound

Sound classes are deeply restorative experiences that use vibration and frequency to calm the nervous system and guide the body into rest. Through instruments such as crystal bowls and Native American flute the mind softens and the body is invited into a meditative state without effort.

These sessions are ideal for those seeking deep relaxation, emotional processing, or simply a pause from mental noise.

Meditation

Meditation classes offer guided practices to cultivate presence, clarity, and inner steadiness. Using breath awareness, visualization, body scanning, and subtle inquiry, these sessions help train the mind to observe rather than react.

Rather than emptying the mind, the intention is to build a kinder relationship with your thoughts — creating space between stimulus and response, and strengthening your capacity to meet life with awareness.
