Life Wellness sessions are rooted in Yoga Life Coaching — an integrative approach that blends modern life coaching with the ancient tools of yoga to support transformation at the deepest levels.

While traditional coaching often focuses on goals and mindset alone, Yoga Life Coaching addresses the full spectrum of being: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. Together, we explore not only what you want to change, but how to create that change from the inside out using practical, embodied tools such as breathwork, meditation, movement, and awareness practices.

By combining Eastern wisdom with Western psychology, these sessions support clarity, confidence, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to purpose. This is for those who want more than surface-level change — who are ready to understand their patterns, regulate their nervous system, and build a life that feels aligned, grounded, and true.

Private snowboarding and ski coaching with Rex focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and flow on the mountain. As a Level 2 certified snowboard instructor and lifelong outdoorsman, Rex creates a supportive learning environment where riders can develop their skills at their own pace. He works with all levels of snowboarders and skiers, offering coaching in both freestyle and freeride riding styles.

Whether you're stepping onto a snowboard or into skis for the first time, looking to refine your turns, improve control, or expand your confidence on varied terrain, Rex’s approach emphasizes safety, clear technique, fun, and helping you feel comfortable navigating the mountain.

Snow & Ski

  • Foundational technique, edge control, balance, linking turns, confidence on varied terrain, big mountain freeride, freestyle/jibbing and safe mountain navigation.

  • Patient, supportive, and technique-focused. Rex emphasizes building strong fundamentals so riders/skiers progress confidently and safely.

  • Half-day or full-day sessions available.

  • Primarily offered at Snowbasin and surrounding Utah resorts.

  • Private 1:1 coaching or small private groups.

  • Lessons emphasize mountain awareness, proper technique, and building skills progressively.

Adventure sessions offer custom itineraries designed to build confidence, presence, and connection through direct experience in nature.

From desert hikes and canyons to backpacking routes or remote landscapes, these experiences blend outdoor skill, mindful pacing, and reflective space. Some adventures will be grounding and gentle. Others may stretch your comfort zone — physically or mentally — offering the kind of challenge that strengthens trust in yourself and expands what you believe you’re capable of.

Each experience is thoughtfully tailored to your experience level, intentions, and sense of curiosity, balancing challenge with restoration and movement with stillness.
